These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the veliorapath.com site, operated by Veliorapath S.A.S., CUIT 30-71862945-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1386, Floor 8, Office 802, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Purpose
The site provides information about real estate crowdlending in Argentina and allows interested individuals to subscribe to our updates list. The site is informational in nature and does not, by itself, constitute a public offering of marketable securities under Law 26,831 or personalised financial advice.
2. Acceptance
Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the site in good faith, respecting current Argentine legislation and refraining from any acts that may damage, overload or affect the normal operation of the site.

All content on the site (texts, brands, logos, images, designs) is the property of Veliorapath S.A.S. or licensed third parties, and is protected by Law 11,723 and other applicable rules. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

6. Consumer protection
These Terms are interpreted in harmony with Consumer Defense Law 24,240 and related rules. The National Directorate of Consumer Defense is the national enforcement authority.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, except for non-waivable consumer rights.
